Please take a ride through Renzie Park and choose at least three pavilions that would be acceptable to you before calling Tina. This way if one is unavailable you'll be ready with an alternative request. This will save both of you time. To serve alcohol in Renzie you need to purchase a Beer Permit for $50.00. The Beer Permit is the same price for both resident and nonresident. All pavilions are within walking distance to a rest rooms or Port-a-Johns. All pavilions are handicap accessible. Many areas have unique features such as pond, playground, private wooded section, ball fields, horse shoe pits, volley ball court etc. Following are a list of 2002 fees for resident and nonresident use. Please verify with Tina to make sure fees are still current. Thank you.

This pavilion has a large kitchen with a double freezer, standard size refrigerator, oven, wet bar/counter, work space. The kitchen has it's own door, with a ramp for loading and unloading. The pavilion has a smaller room to setup your buffet line. The main room (which holds the 250) has a small stage, and a crystal ball. The restrooms are inside and have been recently updated.

This pavilion has water; spicket and drinking fountain. The pavilion is completely fenced on the perimeter so children can run freely. Location is near main playground, tennis courts, softball field and concession stand. There are also two adult swings to sit and chat the day away. There is a drive up to the pavilion for loading and unloading.

* Regular pavilions range in size, shape, number of people they hold, and location. Please ride through the park to choose from the regular pavilions. Pavilion #3 is very secluded in a wooded area. Pavilion #2 is located near Lake Emily.
