Pick-Ups
Individual items, pick-3 specials and ham dinners are available for pick-up at our location and are packaged in disposable foil and plastic containers. There is no need to return any products back to us. We make every effort to seal all containers with plastic wrap and tight lids, but sometimes in transporting these items (especially sauce based products) you might get some leakage. Please have a flat surface, such as a vehicle trunk or back of an SUV, and if you are concerned about carpeting, please have a tarp, or plastic that we can place the products on.

Equipment is available for rental with a $100.00 equipment deposit that will be returned to you when your equipment is brought back to our facility cleaned and in order. Our equipment is rented on availability so please call ahead to make arrangements. Rented equipment can be returned to our facility Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Deliveries
Individual items, pick-3 specials and ham dinners are available for delivery and are packaged in disposable foil and plastic containers. There will be a delivery fee and items will be brought to your home or event facility kitchen and you will be responsible to set-up food lines, keep items warm or cold and serve your guest.

Equipment is available for rental with a $100.00 equipment deposit that will be returned to you when your equipment is brought back to our facility cleaned and in order. Our equipment is rented on availability so please call ahead to make arrangements. Rented equipment can be returned to our facility Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

All other catering packages for 50 or more guest will receive free delivery and set-up and use of our equipment. You are responsible for covering your guest tables and all decorations. We will arrive at least one hour before your event starts and paper cover and skirt your buffet line, set-up your paper products, condiments, and chafers and place your utensils. A $100.00 equipment deposit will be required and will be returned to you when the equipment is returned clean and in order.

If you decide not to use any of our equipment we will still give you free delivery and set-up with plastic serving utensils and it will be your responsibility to keep your items warm or cold. If you decide to not have equipment we will try to deliver your items as close to your serving time as possible.

Work Events
All work related events (weddings, cook-outs, banquets, etc.) will be pre-determined with a proposal or catering event quote. Once a final guest count is given we will decide on staff size, arrival times and payment options.

We will arrive at a set time, cover your guest seating tables, skirt and cover buffet lines, cookie tables or whatever your catering package specifies. At the conclusion of your event we will package any left-over food, provide a light clean-up of your facility and clean and return all catering equipment. We can also provide tents, tables, chairs and other specialty items for work events. Please call for special pricing.
